Simms Restaurants is proud to support the communities in which we do business. We support nonprofit organizations that benefit children, the community and education. In order to be considered for a donation of food, auction items or gift cards, an organization must submit this completed request form.

Please submit this form a minimum of 3 weeks before your donation deadline. All information provided in this form will be used to evaluate the request and communicate our donation procedures.

Due to the quantity of donation requests we receive, we are unable to fulfill every donation request. You will be contacted directly if we are able to fulfill your request.
